These terms and conditions apply to the use of the BeekmanTerminal website and platform, to signing up for the waiting list and to the paid subscription. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. The service
BeekmanTerminal is a paid platform with market data, sentiment, macro and fundamental context, an economic calendar, news and a trading journal for active traders. Access is granted with a subscription.
2. No investment advice
BeekmanTerminal provides data, context and tools. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell financial instruments. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them yourself. Please also read our risk disclosure.
3. Signing up for the waiting list
For the waiting list we only ask for your email address. We use it to inform you about the launch and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our privacy policy for more information. Waiting-list members receive a personal, single-use link that makes the first month of the monthly subscription free (apart from an activation amount of €0.01, needed to grant the mandate); the link is valid for 30 days.
4. Subscription and payment
A subscription costs €24.99 per month or €274.89 per year (you pay for eleven months) for the first 100 members (the founder price). After that, €49.99 per month or €549.89 per year applies. Founders keep their price for as long as their subscription continues without interruption. All prices include VAT.
You pay the first instalment via iDEAL or another payment method on offer. In doing so you grant a mandate for automatic SEPA direct debit of the following instalments on the same day of the month (or of the year). The confirmation email you receive after your payment serves as the advance notice of those direct debits; we do not announce individual debits separately. If a direct debit fails, we try again a few days later and inform you by email. If payment is still not received, your access is paused until the payment has been made or the subscription has ended.
You get access immediately after your payment. Your statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal still applies; see article 10.
You can cancel at any time via Account and subscription, just as easily as signing up. A monthly subscription stops at the end of the current month. An annual subscription runs for one year and is then renewed for a year each time at the annual price of your plan. If you cancel before the end of the year, the subscription stops at the end of that year. You keep access until the end of the paid period; instalments already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. We do not store any bank details; Mollie keeps the mandate. We announce price changes by email at least thirty days in advance; they do not apply to founders for as long as their subscription continues.
5. Availability
We do our best to keep the website available and correct, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may (temporarily) change, suspend or discontinue the service.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including texts, design, logo and software, is the property of BeekmanTerminal or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
7. Liability
Use of the platform and any trading decisions are at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, BeekmanTerminal is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the site or from trading decisions you make on the basis of the information.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Questions? Email [email protected].
10. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days for a distance contract, counted from the day you take out your subscription. You get access immediately, but you do not lose that right as a result.
If you wish to withdraw, email [email protected] within those fourteen days from your account's email address. We end your access and refund the full amount of your first payment within fourteen days via the payment method you used. Any direct debit mandate in place is revoked.
After those fourteen days you can no longer withdraw. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time via Account and subscription; see article 4 for what then happens to your access and the instalments you have paid.
